The estate sits inside Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island, one of the island's most established communities, with three miles of beach and championship golf inside the gates. The Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Course is steps away, the beach is a short bike ride from your door, and Shelter Cove Marina holds the dinner reservations, charters, and dockside evenings for the nights you want to leave the pool deck. Harbour Town and its lighthouse are a short drive south when the group wants the classic Hilton Head outing.

Getting here is the easy part. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is a 45-minute drive from the estate, close enough that a team flying in from three cities can land at noon and be in the first working session by mid-afternoon, and a family landing Saturday morning can be at the pool by lunch.

This magnificent home is the most amazing home I've stayed in over the past 30 years of vacationing in Hilton Head. There is plenty of space for your entire family and the customer service of the property manager is outstanding. I would highly recommend this gem of a property to you and your and your family…it will be a treat. I was very satisfied with my stay and plan on staying here again.

My family has been coming to HHI since 1984, we have exclusively stayed in Palmetto Dunes, this was out first year at this luxury home. We had a total of 14 people with us, everyone with a comfortable place to sleep and private bathrooms From the early morning coffee by the lagoon, that was peaceful to the bike ride to the beach, that was short and sweet, to the happy hours around the pool, this house had everything to offer. The outdoor entertaining area beneath the house with the TV's, ping pong table and sitting area were our family favorites. The family dining space was perfect for our Shrimp Boil and lots of games were played in the family room. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we cannot wait to come back next year!!!!

Everything was great. Large open spaces that accommodated all of us but also had private areas for smaller groups. For us, the 2 wings made it easy to have an active space for older kids while the opposite wing was good for the grandparents and families with younger children. We would stay there again.
